Envases invests heavily in improved hygiene in the production of milk powder cans
At Envases, we want to meet the increased hygiene demands within the milk powder segment. Based on input and feedback from our customers, we have recently started a three-year plan to improve our internal hygiene demands.
With our new three-year plan, we can ensure that we continue to provide the market’s safest and best product.
The first step in this process is the protection of the milk powder production lines. Therefore, we are building a wall to ensure that it is impossible to enter the main area for the production of milk powder cans from any office area, break room for employees or changing room without entering a hand washing zone.
We’re also implementing certain hygiene zones in the milk powder can production area and building separate entrances to the area, ensuring that no entry can be made directly from any other production areas.
Each entrance area will be accompanied by hand washing zones and we’ll increase the hygiene requirements of any employee working in these “sensitive hygiene” zones.
That’s not all. At Envases, we’re always working on influencing our employees’ mindset towards high standards of hygiene and production by educating and training them.
